Heather partners with individuals, foundations, international bodies and companies to design programmes that work and to prove whether they do. Drawing on decades of building and running social ventures, she brings strategy, impact measurement, and programme design together, so good intentions turn into measurable results. She has advised UN Women, GIZ, and Germany's Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, tested an impact-assessment tool for Nike EMEA, and lis principal investigator for Capital Access Prosperity, a Kauffman Foundation project on equitable funding for Black and Latinx entrepreneurs. Strategy grounded in real-world delivery, not theory alone.
